Director of Youth Ministries: Main Street UMC in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a committed Christian who has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to serve as Director of Youth Ministries. This will be a 20 hour/week position. This person will oversee and organize all current and future ministries for Youth (6th through 12th grade), helping them grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Current Youth ministries include Sunday School, Wednesday night discipleship program, Sunday night Youth Group, and special programs and events. The ability to recruit, train, and support volunteers is essential. A bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in a related field is required. A detailed job description is available.
